The USMNT visited the cold City of Hamilton, Ontario to face Canada for the second game of the WCQ window.
Berhalter’s men came out with a 4-3-3 system with only two rotations from the previous game vs El Salvador
Miles Robinson & Gyasi Zardes replaced Jesus Ferreira & Walker Zimmerman in the starting 11

The game starter off slow with Canada holding back & studying the USMNT’s game
It only took the Canucks 7 minutes to figure out a weakness in the US back line & Cyle Larin finished a chance in a mistake by Miles Robinson.

The US dominated the in possession after the goal with Canada holding back in a low block & always looking dangerous in the counter attack.
The most dangerous chance for the US came from a corner kick where Weston McKennie beat everyone in the air but his shot was blocked by Milan Borjan.

In the 69 minute , Captain Tyler Adams left with a hamstring injury & was replaced by Acosta.
Gregg Berhalter subbed in Pepi , Cannon , Arriola & Morris which left the US without subs.
In the 85th minute Chris Richards got a foot injury in a collision with Ike Ugbo & had to leave the team with 10 players in a injury that seemed to be a foot injury.

In the 90+ minute, The US was looking for the Equalizer with 1 player down & got caught off guard once again in a counter attack with Sam Adekugbe taking advantage of the counter which made the game 2-0 to seal the Game.

Canada remains undefeated in the Ocho with 22 points meanwhile in first place .
The United States finishes second with 18 points tied with Mexico.
The US will be back Wednesday to play vs Last place Honduras & look to end the window with 6 points.
