On what to expect from NYCFC:
“A motivated team. Obviously, you know, maybe the results haven’t been there. If you just looked at the Minnesota game (last weekend), I think that kind of sums up this stretch for them because I think they’re a very good team and just haven’t been able to finish plays off and finish teams off – because they could have scored three or four goals in that game and, you know, somehow they walk off the field with a two-nil result, a defeat.”
On another short turnaround, bouncing back from tough results:
“I think if you looked at the performance in the Miami game that the guys responded in a good way from our Columbus performance, which wasn’t good enough. So, like I said, it’s about not only having the response, but you want the result to go with it. We get a chance to put both things behind us and just focus on New York City.”
